Lani LaCapra brings a wealth of experience in communications to her role as Founder and President of Lani Bee Communications, LLC. Starting her career off as a newsroom assistant, she worked her way up to leadership roles at some of the country's most recognized news organizations.

When newspapers started suffering from the economic meltdown, she began her career in corporate communications for some of the country's most esteemed corporations as an SEO expert, online content manager, copywriter and all-around communications leader. She has also been a valuable consultant and strategist for executive leaders, business owners and politicians.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she completed certificates and training in consulting at Harvard University and McKinsey & Company.

She spends her spare time correcting friends' grammar over dinner and red-marking anything she can get her hands on.
